God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so he put his arms around you
and whispered,
Come to Me.

A Golden heart stopped beating
hard working hands at rest.God broke our hearts to prove us
he only takes the best

I'm very happy that I had the chance to meet you in November when Tommy & Deb (Mama C) brought me to New York for the first time to spend Thanksgiving and meet the family. I've heard so many stories about you and your family. Even before meeting you, I knew you were an amazing man. Your family always spoke so highly of you. I do wish I had more time to get to know you better. I'm sure I'll continue hearing great stories about you. They're always a great look into the life you led, and I enjoy them very much. My heart truly goes out to your family in this tough time in their lives.

As I end the month of January still in disbelief that my Pop will never answer that "phone call away"., I believe he will always answer my prayers. I ask each and every one of you to pray for my Mom. Her partner in life is gone. She did everything right. Being a mother and wife is second nature to her soul. She is my family's "chicken soup". If you knew my Dads smile and kindness it was stitched from my mothers heart. So Pop, I know your listening to our prayers , please guide Mama gently through her tears that we unite our safety net you both created 51 years ago.
Love Always,
Your Deb ba Doo

Debbie and Shirley, I'm so sorry that your dad/husband was taken away from you so early. I know what that feels like as Bob was only 64. I pray that the Lord blesses your whole family with peace and comfort like He did me!!
And, time does help. You need time to grieve and for me, it got a little easier year after year.
All I ever heard about him was good and pray that all those good memories help you when you really need it. Dont' even let a negative thought enter your mind. The Lord knows best and we know your dad/husband is where we all long to be, he just got there earlier :0)
Blessings and love, Gaby

I was not fortunate enough to be able to meet Eddie before he went to heaven, though I heard wonderful brazen stories about him from his loving devoted daughter Debbie, my dear friend.I do know that he was so very loved by his family, actually adored. This type of man is what others want to become. You were so blessed to have a husband and father like him. I know he will be so missed. 2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept my faith. Blessings and Hugs. Love Laura

Aunt Shirley, Michelle, Eddy, Debbie, Peter, Nancy and Arthur,

A person as admired as Uncle Eddie never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds , through us, they live on.

Every one who knew Uncle Eddie has a story of kindness and memory that will stay with them forever. For me and my family it will always be the selfless act of supporting my mother during a time of need. In order for my mother ( his sister) to live, he became her donor. We all knew how heroic this was for a man who did not like needles. He put all fear aside, without hesitation, and did it. Thank you Uncle Eddie for allowing my mother ( your sister) to cheat faith and spend extra time with her family and yours.

My heart ( and everyone you touched) are with you and your FAMILY at this time of sorrow.

I had the the pleasure of meeting Ed and Shirley when they came to Rhinelander, WI to visit their daughter Deb and her husband John. I soon got to see how much of a kind, and caring family man he was. He would do anything for anyone. I also was blessed to travel to New York with Deb and stayed in Ed and Shirley's home. While I was there, I was able to partake in an Anadio family celebration. I will never forget it. My family and I will miss Ed greatly. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Anadio family.
